Sheila has worked in the Human Resources field for three years. She has obtained a vast knowledge of recruitment, benefits, compensation, talent development, employee relations, compliance, auditing/preparation, and payroll. She focuses on the implemented of upgrading from a heavily paper-driven process to bring tools and resources to the desktop and mobile devices of the employees and managers.
Sheila has worked in the “people” business for over 20 years. Sheila’s strong desire for assisting in the Human Resources process is an everyday reward. Sheila believes in hard work and dedication while delivering precise and ethical services to each client. She launched the Human Resources department for six private sector companies as a Human Resources department of one. Sheila received a score of 99% or higher on all audits regarding personnel, training, and all accreditations – resulting in industry licensing or accreditation.
